How many pre-wedding meetings are included?

In the lead up to your wedding day, we usually meet at least once with our couples. We’re accessible via phone and email as much as you need, so you can relax knowing that you can ask us anything.
All of our pre-wedding meetings, phone calls and emails are part of the service we love to provide. They are all included in all of our wedding photography packages.

Do you charge for travel?

No! All travel time in Victoria is included, and we don't start counting your hours until we arrive at the first location! There are certainly no extra travel charges in any of our wedding photography packages.

What happens on the day?

Our coverage will start from the time we arrive at the first location. Usually, this is the bride's house. If you've booked a photography package with two photographers, we'll both spend a bit of time with the bride before one of us heads over to the other partner's house. We can completely customise all the timings for your wedding though, so nothing is set in stone! You'll get coverage the way you want it!

What happens if it rains?

We'll keep a close eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to your wedding. It's the one thing you can't control on your wedding day, but bad weather definitely doesn't mean bad photos! We'll make a plan for your day in the week leading up to your wedding which will also include a backup plan in case of bad weather. We've got plenty of experience shooting weddings on rainy days, and we've also got plenty of umbrellas!

How do you deliver my images?

We will email a link to your complete online gallery within 5-7 weeks of your wedding. From there, you'll be able to download your images in high resolution for printing, and in web resolution so that you can share them via socials, email etc. You'll also be able to order print, frames, canvases and albums from your online store.

How long do prints and store orders take?

Our online store stocks only high-quality products made in Australia using premium papers and print stocks. Each item is a little different. You can find the turnaround time for each item in the item description in your store.
