Mentone beach is a gorgeous place for an outdoor wedding. It’s a west-facing beach on Melbourne’s famous Port Phillip Bay, so you will always get a sunset. For a smaller, more intimate wedding, the Mentone surf live-saving club is close by, and they know how to throw a wedding reception! Even if you don’t want to hold your ceremony there, it is a wonderful place for wedding photography right near Melbourne. WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AT MENTONE BEACH

Whilst not a traditional wedding venue, Mentone Surf Lifesaving Club can accommodate weddings. The clubroom itself is a gorgeous piece of Australian culture, and they can cater for reasonably sized wedding parties.

The beach is open to the public and west facing, meaning there is almost always a sunset to be had. This makes planning the timing of your wedding photography quite important if you want stunning sunset photos. Make sure you talk to us about the right time to shoot on your wedding day!
